There is not one best mattress that fits the needs of everyone. Our bodies are all shaped differently and we all come with our own personal set of needs. The best thing to do is come in the store and let one of our sleep consultants take you through a mattress fitting. At this time there are only select brands we can deliver nationwide through a third party delivery company (Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Stearns and Foster, Dreamcloud and Nectar). We offer delivery from our amazing crew if you are within 60 miles of our Paducah or Benton Kentucky store.

We highly recommend you try out the mattress in person before you purchase it online. On the product page it will state what stores carry the mattress you are interested in.
While we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase, from time to time it may be necessary to exchange an item at Happy ZZZ’s. Standard exchanges and returns can be made within certain parameters.

This is normal! It typically takes your body several weeks to become accustomed to the comfort and support of your new mattress. Just as you might expect with a new pair of shoes, the upholstery layers of a mattress or the foam may take some time to break in,. If you feel the floor model you tried was softer, your new mattress with adjust to the softer feel of the floor model, just give it some time.
Please have driveway and entrance clear for the delivery truck
If you feel that wall hangings, nightstands or other fragile items will obstruct the path of delivery, please move them to prevent any safety or damage concerns.
Please keep pets safely away during the delivery, so that they don’t escape or become a hazard to the delivery team.
Happy ZZZ’s delivery Staff can not move or haulaway anything that is not specifically stated on the invoice. Please verify with your sleep consultant if you have specific needs for delivery/ haul away before your delivery date.
Happy ZZZ’s takes care of all that for you! All you have to do is keep the original receipt given to you at the time of purchase.
There can be no stains on the mattress. This is why we highly recommend purchasing one of our waterproof mattress protectors when you get your new mattress.
The law label tag must be attached to the product. If you cut off any law label tag on the product it will void the warranty.
